St. Paul Couples Photographer~ Jeni and John's {Sneak Peek}

I love working with people that I haven't yet had the chance to capture before.  This was the case last week when I had the opportunity to work with dear friend and fellow Photographer Jeni and her husband Jonathan.


These two are absolutely classic together.  They could make one another laugh and just be real and natural in front of the camera, which a lot of people cannot do.  It was so fun sharing laughs and stories with the two of them.  We went down to my new favorite spot and had incredible weather and stunning lighting.  The evening was perfect, and the images show that along with this beautiful couple as they are!

Anoka Wedding Photographer~ Mr. & Mrs. Cutler {Sneak Peek}

I had the honor of capturing this extremely special couple's wedding day for them on May 8th!  However I was not able to share this incredible day with everyone until now.  This was a sweet and simple wedding but yet there was so much love it was so amazing to watch through my lens.  They will be holding a large ceremony and reception next year.  When Melanie walked down the aisle I cried, not only because she looked incredible but also because I was going to witness her marrying the man God had planned for her to marry.  She certainly found her match with Lucas, and he with her.  This couple deserves nothing but the best as they go through this life together as one united front.  I know you two were made for one another, and God knew that too when he placed you in one another's lives.

Blaine Family Photographer~ The Culp Family {Sneak Peek}

I had the chance to meet this amazing family and photograph them in one of my favorite locations.  I shoot here a lot but last week, I guess I didn't realize what I was in for when I chose the location.  We have had quite a bit of rain in the past month or so in MN, and everything was extremely overgrown.  We still made the best of a buggy and muggy situation, which wasn't hard considering how gorgeous this family is.



I enjoyed getting to know a little bit about this group as we walked and talked, as well as watching the love this family shares :)

St. Paul Family Photographer~ Em & Nash's Fathers Day Gift Session {Sneak Peek}

How stunning is this pretty little lady?!?  I loved working with Emily and her adorable son Nash on this session.  When she asked me to do this so that she could surprise her fiancé for Father's Day, I was so excited and felt honored to capture this sweet gift.    These two are so picture perfect, and the location was incredible. 



I waited until after Em surprised Ryan today for Father's Day to post.  These are just a few of my favorites, trust me there wasn't a bad one :)

Maple Grove Wedding Photographer~ Rumpza Wedding {Sneak Peek}

I love when clients become friends, when I get to not only hear wedding details but funny family stories and when I am invited to share in pre wedding fun not only as their Photographer but as their friend.  With Amber & Tylor that's exactly how it is.  I was first hired as a newborn Photographer for their adorable daughter Hadley, which then continued a working relationship with their many milestones over time. 


When they decided to hire me as a wedding Photographer I was thrilled, not only because I love weddings, but because I had grown to know their family on a more personal level.  I was excited to share ideas with them about their engagement photos and discuss little details about the big day also.  The time finally came and the wedding date was here 6/6/2015.  The weather was incredible that day, we lucked out with no rain until 2 minutes before we wrapped up our final outdoor shots.  Was that luck?  Maybe, but I think it was just a sign for these two, a way of seeing how everything for them will fall into place and find a way of working out for the rest of their lives.  It was so fun to watch these two friends become husband and wife. 



Their relationship has grown so much over the years they have spent as a couple, and I have been fortunate enough to watch it for almost 2 years now.  They act like best friends, and they love with a passionate and light hearted deep love.  They love one another and their daughter so much, and it shows in everything they do.  It is always refreshing to see two people who can make each other laugh and smile the way these two can.  They get along the way two people should.  I loved capturing their day for them!  It was such a beautiful wedding and a very fun reception.  I wish you both so many years of happiness and also a lifetime of cherished and fun family memories.
