Typically after a show you can pig out on all the bad for you, but OH SO GOOD foods you went without during prep. When you do this, it refuels all of those muscles and tends to fill you out in a positive way for a photo shoot. I would say it truly did just that. Mercedez looked amazing, and this session really showed her off!
We worked at Allegiance Fitness, a full functional training facility right in Mounds View, MN. This gym is incredible for so many reasons, so if you haven't checked it out before I highly encourage you to do so!
